About Banaras Hindu University (BHU)
Banaras Hindu University (BHU), established in 1916 by Pandit Madan Mohan Malaviya, is one of India’s most prestigious central universities located in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. Admission Process
Admissions to Banaras Hindu University are conducted through national-level entrance exams:
Undergraduate (UG): Admission via CUET-UG conducted by NTA. Candidates must apply through CUET and choose BHU as their preferred university.
Postgraduate (PG): Admission through CUET-PG or direct BHU process depending on course.
Ph.D. Programs: Based on Research Entrance Test (RET) and interview conducted by BHU.
After results, candidates must complete BHU counselling via the official admission portal at bhuonline.in.
